COCOA is a coalition of student-led neurodiversity college and university student organizations that share resources, strategies and encouragement with one another and with those who wish to start new organizations. We also want to connect people and advocacy groups to each other!
This is a new group and we are currently working to set up the coalition. If you are looking to get involved, please contact Lee Williams.
Who Can Join?
College or university students (or recent graduates) who are interested in campus advocacy!
The group is open to anyone who identifies as neurodivergent. This includes autistic people as well as people with many other disabilities!
Who is Leading this Group?
Students and recent alumni are leading COCOA. The College Autism Network (CAN) and the Autistic Self Advocacy Network (ASAN) are working to bring students together and set up the coalition, but this group will be led by students.
How Do I Get Involved?
Contact Lee Williams, Executive Director of CAN, who will share more information with you, including links to COCOA’s Google and Discord groups.
